During this period, please email any non-urgent repairs to: repairs@millmeadpro.co.uk, and they
will be dealt with on our return.
If you have any urgent matters, you can either contact the contractors below or use your own contractor and we will settle any invoices when we return.
Alternatively, you can leave any urgent repairs on our voicemail service (01243 785566 ext 1), and these will be checked periodically.
If you do use your own contractor, please keep any receipts/invoices otherwise reimbursement cannot be made.
*** Do you know the location of your water and gas stop valves in case of an emergency or leaving the flat vacant for long periods – If you wish to be informed where these are located within your flat, please contact our office on – 01243 785566 ext 1 or contact either an electrician or gas engineer ***
